Lately I’ve been known to transform kale into tasty sides that even non kale eaters are asking for seconds and thirds. This most recent easy salad recipe is packed with antioxidants and those earthy greens. You can pair it with a main course or just add a protein and enjoy as is!!

1 avocado
1 pomegranate
4-5 kale leaves shredded
Handful if sunflower seeds (not pictured)
